Two weeks ago I got invited to my friend Tammara's 25th Birthday celebration that she organized for herself. Before I start pouring information about how the night went I would like to tell you on how we meet. I meet Coco (I call her this because she is chocolate and beautiful) in the year of 2009 where we went to the same high-school which was called West Roxbury High. Coco was about 2 grades higher than me and I was a freshman who just moved from Georgia. At the time Coco was someone who I knew because the upperclassmen that I know were close friends with her. Once my high-schools days were over I started my college career.
Well, how did Coco and I re-connect? The year of 2016 I started to work at Savvor Restaurant & Lounge because my friend Ayana King told me they needed some positions to be filled. Soon later, Ayana King mentioned to me that there was a new girl coming in that she knew from modeling in Boston. Next thing you know, it was Coco! Is it interesting how God puts people back in your life?
As a result of re-connecting with Coco 7 years later we are now expressed as friends. OKAY BACK TO HER PARTY! Last night, was super FUN! Honestly, I was not going to go because I had no way of getting there. For the simple reason that I am tired of traveling on busses and trains which makes me lazy to travel anywhere. If I am not getting a ride or Uber then please do not add me in any plans of yours. #Serious
How did I get there? Pleasingly my mother let me use her car for the night which forced myself to bring my camera equipment to her party. Coco did a great job at putting together and decorating her own party .... let alone it's 25th birthday party! She absolutely gave me some ideas on how I want to dress and set up my 25th bday party! Wait, did I mentioned she looked STUNNING!
P.s I also created CoCo a bday card for guests when they leave with some wonderful goodies she put together . . .
